Apartment was lovely, and so close to the pool and the village. Superb time! We ate at a number of restaurants, all of which were superb and good value for money. Drove to Gibraltar for a day, weird place, but very nice with it. Caves in Nerja were worth the visit, cool on a warm day and so big! Our little girl lived in the pool, which was always clean and tidy and well maintained. I loved the shade of the banana trees. Frigiliana gets 10 out 10. Beautiful! Would love to come again sometime! We really enjoyed our first stay in the area ~ the apartment was beautifully clean, well equipped and with good relevant information. The extra floor fan really helped as the temperature soared during our holiday. The pool was great. We had a lovely relaxing time, enjoying being around the locals and taking in the amazing scenery (the drive to Granada through the tunnels and over the viaducts was breathtaking). We found the service at El Casino restaurant great and the views on the terrace fantastic. Try the sea bass...mmmmm... The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, we had a fab time and are planning a return trip.

We had a wonderful holiday, thoroughly enjoyed some of the (long!) walks. Thanks for providing so many information sheets on the local area walks. We loved Frigiliana and thought it had an authentic feel. The local people were very friendly and helpful. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We loved Frigiliana! We also visited Torrox, the beach and caves at Nerja and we drove to Granada to see The Alhambra. One of our favourite days was spent by the pool! Everything was brilliant. We felt very at home and were sad to leave!

We found the apartment very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The close location to the pool area was very convenient; we spent a lot of time out there during our stay and mostly had it to ourselves which was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed Frigiliana and had a chill week with glorious weather, which surpassed our expectations for October. We were impressed with the bus service into Nerja; the coaches are lovely to travel on and were always so punctual and cheap too!! We will definitely be making a return visit and would probably hire a car and see more of the surrounding area next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Frigiliana; it’s a very unspoilt and pretty village with everything you need to hand. We liked the fact that it had a play area for our 3 year old to visit and we loved exploring the village and seeking out all of its hidden restaurants and bars. We enjoyed shopping in the local shops each day for fresh bread, cheese, ham etc and the English run wine shop was great and the owners very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed catching the local bus into Nerja and also we used the taxis (we recommend Paulino Lopez, who we booked to take and fetch us from the airport, he was very helpful and friendly and always available at the end of the phone or at the taxis rank). We found the apartment very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We had a very relaxing time and have recommended it to our friends.

The apartment was home from home and exceptionally clean. Amenities were excellent, as were the garden, the pool and the views. The village was very festive. The Restaurants we visited were all lovely and the meals were to a high standard. On New Year’s Eve we booked at the La Parra in Nerja (the restaurant that was recently featured in the Gordon Ramsey series; very warm and welcoming staff too), and we enjoyed a 4 course meal and unlimited drinks all evening, before heading off to the Balcony to join the locals in celebrating the New Year with live bands and a fantastic firework display overlooking the sea. Weather was great too, like an English Spring, and it was even warm enough for two afternoons on the beach.

The apartment was lovely. We had a really good time, weather was mostly fine and we did two walks from the village (up Castle Hill and also the riverbed walk to the Napoleon Monument). Went to Matzaluna a couple of times and really enjoyed the chats we had in there. Everything went really well with Malaga Cars, much easier getting off the airport site first, especially with all the building work going on.

We loved the village, the views were fantastic. We found the restaurants in the area to be very good. The pool was great, a lot of the time we had the luxury of having the pool to ourselves. Main bedroom a fantastic size, ceiling fans are a bonus, especially with glorious weather we enjoyed. It was wonderful and as you know we can't wait to go back. All the restaurants were so reasonable (even those deemed to be 'up market'! The photos don't do the town justice, the views are spectacular. We found everyone (other residents and Spaniards) to be really welcoming. Frigiliana is such a safe place, we were quite happy for our three to go off by themselves.

Frigiliana is beautiful, quiet and relaxing with some lovely bars and restaurants. The people were friendly and the taxi and bus links to Nerja are excellent. The apartment is very clean and in the right place, with good sized swimming pool and pool area. Everything you need was in the apartment – “we would go back tomorrow”

We thought the apartment was lovely. The pool was great for the children and never too busy. It was also situated very well for strolling into the village for an evening meal or drink and was a lot closer to the centre of the village than I had imagined.
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and would not hesitate to recommend both the apartment and Frigiliana to our friends and family. The area is very beautiful and we enjoyed staying in such a lovely village. The village is very friendly and not at all over commercialized. Thanks again for all your help.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Square near the church was particularly nice, you couldn’t have asked for more shops selling a wide range of goods. We found everything we needed was within walking distance in the village. The peace and tranquillity around the pool was just what we needed. It was never too busy and a lot of the time we had the pool all to ourselves… overall we had a great time.
